XX Paper Phenolic is a paper-based high pressure laminate suited for general purpose electrical applications. The material has good mechanical properties and excellent moisture resistance.
根據美國NEMA標準，"XX"等級屬於紙質電木除一般機械用途外，潮濕狀態下的絕緣性能良好，可適用於各種絕緣電器用途，如:開關、模具、電路板等用途。
★"X"是用來區別電氣性能特性(介電強度)不同的等級，可以製成各種電木紙板、電木紙棒、電木紙管等形狀
