Phenolic-Grade XXX is a paper base phenolic laminate with good mechanical properties, high dielectric strength, and good resistance to moisture. Grade XXX is economically priced and is recommended for most mechanical applications, for use at radio frequencies, and in high humidity situations. Typical applications include: insulating washers, sleeves, switch bases, and panelboards.
根據美國NEMA標準，"XXX"等級屬於紙質電木為絕緣電氣用途，高介電強度，可適用於高濕度的環境中，其絕緣特性依然保持良好，且價格與工程塑膠相比較為經濟，符合一般各種機械用途，如絕緣華司套筒等。

★"X"是用來區別電氣性能特性(介電強度)不同的等級，可以製成各種電木紙板、電木紙棒、電木紙管等形狀
