Phenolic CE是採用棉布混合酚醛樹酯，根據美國NEMA標準，"CE"等級屬於布質電木除一般機械用途外，其電氣絕緣性比"C"等級更好，耐磨性強、低潮濕吸收，和好的機械強度，一樣是經濟又廣受歡迎的絕緣材料，可以用於結構支持、活塞環、齒輪、和軸承表面。
