Phenolic - Grade L is fine weave (less than 4 ounce/square yard) cotton fabric commonly called linen, combined with phenolic resin to provide better machining than NP310. It is used for smaller and more intricate shapes than Grade C Canvas Phenolic.
Phenolic L是採用更細緻的亞麻布混合酚醛樹酯，根據美國NEMA標準，"L"等級屬於布質電木為機械用途，但可做精密加工，其材質密度更好，跟"C"和"CE"等級比起來耐磨性強、機械特性更好，電氣絕緣性更優異。
