Durostone® CCR766合成石 , Antistatic & Chemically Resistant抗靜電&化學抵抗用, 阻抗值10E5-10E8, Glass Fiber Filled玻璃纖維強化, Black黑色

Durostone grades, CHP, CAS and CAG were developed to cover the majority of applications within the PCB assembly industry. However, degradation of these materials can occur in the presence of agressive fluxes containing halides and/or a high percentage of isopropyl alcohol. Durostone ® CCR-766 is extremely resistant to halides and alcohol and laboratory tests have shown that it can withstand many cycles in harsh environments. Durostone ® CCR-766 is BLACK in color.
合成石Durostone ® CCR766在某些PCB產業中的製程中，材料的特性退化，可能因為某些化學物質包含鹵化物或使用高純度的異丙醇，因此透過實驗室試驗，CCR-766此型號的合成石，對於鹵化物和酒精有極強的抵抗性，在嚴苛的環境中可承受許多使用週期，顏色為黑色

Durostone ® is a heavy-duty glass fibre reinforced plastic which offers extreme strength and excellent electrical, thermal and chemical properties. Durostone ® is manufactured by using Polyester, Vinylester, Epoxid- and modified Epoxy resins combined with glass fibers.
合成石是使用聚酯製造的，結合改良過的環氧樹脂與玻璃纖維，合成石是玻璃纖維強化之塑料。具有優異機械強度、電氣性能、耐熱度及化學抵抗性能，高溫之下依然保持尺寸的穩定和平整性，另外低熱傳導率優點，特別適合用於模具製造和PCB、SMT等製程
