Machinable Glass Ceramic微晶玻璃陶瓷又稱可加工陶瓷, Macor Ceramic, White白色

Machinable Glass Ceramic has a continuous use temperature of 800ºC and a peak temperature of 1000ºC. Its coefficient of thermal expansion readily matches most metals and sealing glasses. It is non-wetting, exhibits zero porosity, and unlike ductile materials, won’t deform. It is an excellent insulator at high voltages, various frequencies, and high temperatures. When properly baked out, it won’t outgas in vacuum environments.
微晶玻璃陶瓷(可加工陶瓷)，是以合成雲母為主晶相的雲母微晶玻璃，是一種可以機械加工的陶瓷材料，該材料具備了良好的加工性能、真空性能、電絕緣特性及耐高溫、耐化學腐蝕等優良性能

★公差等級可控制在IT7級，光潔度達到0.5µm，加工精度控制在0.005mm是完全可行的
★高溫電絕緣材料，高的電絕緣強度，高體積電阻及低介質損耗
★抗熱衝擊性能非常好，從800℃急冷至0℃不破碎，200℃急冷到0℃強度不變化，使用範圍在-270℃~+800℃
★適合真空使用，不導磁，比重是普通鋼材的1/3，比鋁還輕，吸水率極低。完全由無機材料組成，因此還有不老化不變形，對各種有機溶劑十分穩定及良好的耐酸鹼腐蝕性能等
