產品特性

★澆鑄型尼龍MC跟擠出型尼龍PA6相比，MC的內應力較低，分子量和表面硬度也較高，在台灣MC大多已經取代PA6的使用。另外，不管是何種類型的尼龍，由於濕度會嚴重影響尼龍的加工性能，因此機械加工時需注意加工技巧和無應力退火等方式，否則製作齒輪等深加工容易龜裂，尼龍加工問題歡迎來電洽詢KCM高成電木塑膠技術支援部門07-7317366
